Served as Interim CHRO post acquisition of multiple firms to stabilize the function and create the go-forward HR operating model. – Projects completed for regional healthcare firm that grew inorganically in less than 12 months from 1 facility with less than 20 employees to 15+ facilities with 2,600+ employees across 3 states.
