Evolved leadership structure for business functions to remove friction points and add expertise to match significant organic and inorganic growth. – Example project completed in high growth healthcare firm post acquisition by PE firm.

Refined foundational HR policies, practices, and programs to match firm’s growth strategy. – Example project completed for regional healthcare firm that grew inorganically in less than 12 months from 1 facility with less than 20 employees to 15+ facilities with 2,600+ employees across 3 states.
